Our 2018 Ontario Volunteer Service Awards recipients were: Nicole Meston, Libby McMillan, Daphne Chapman, Elise Feightner, Paula Travers, and Marilynn Hill. Our 2019 nominees are: Ilene Bamford, Sharon Basic, Ann-Marie Bennett, Margie Scott, Alva Town and Sally Zandri. October 2010- Mission Services recognized the May Court Club of London as an important Community Partner. May Court has refurbished two rooms at the Rotholme Family Shelter.
June 2009, Vanier Children’s Services recognized The May Court Club of London for its 44 years of association and support. The May Court Award was introduced which will honour excellence in individuals or groups who work in Children’s Mental Health.
In May 2008, the City of London recognized the May Court Club of London for striving to make London a caring and compassionate city through dedicated and valuable contributions to the community.
In 2003 May Court Club of London received an award from Women’s Community House for their long history of support for this necessary service.
Goodwill Shops in London was established and run by the May Court Club in 1935. It was taken over in 1943 and became Goodwill Industries. This contribution was recognized in 2003, Goodwill Industries’ 60th anniversary, with an award to the May Court Club of London.
May Court was honoured with a YMCA-YWCA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001 for their significant contribution to programs for London’s children.
